  • Employment type, rental history, and reference details (as provided by you)

  • Basic technical data such as your IP address (for spam protection only)

We do not collect payment card details directly — any payments are processed via Stripe's secure platform.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your information solely to:

  • Prepare your rental application documents
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry and service delivery
  • Improve our service quality

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your service request.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your enquiry details are stored securely in our database, hosted on infrastructure provided by Manus (Singapore region). We retain your data for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With agents or landlords: Only when you explicitly ask us to conduct outreach on your behalf as part of the Ongoing Concierge service. We will always keep you copied on any such communication.
  • Service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing and Manus for hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal obligations: If required by law or a valid court order.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only essential session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
