Complete your intake form

The intake form takes about 5 minutes. Tell us about your employment, rental history, and what you'd like us to emphasise. The more detail you provide, the better your documents will be.

Step 3

We prepare your documents

Once we receive your completed intake form and supporting documents, we'll begin preparing your application pack. Your turnaround clock starts from intake completion — not from payment.

Step 4

You submit the application

You'll receive your completed documents by email. Review everything, request any revisions included in your pack, then submit directly to the agent or portal yourself.
